Former Panthers Wide Reciever Jerricho Cotchery Returns

Jerricho Cotchery continues to make an impact with the Carolina Panthers, albeit in a completely different role. Cotchery concluded his playing career in Carolina after Super Bowl 50 and now officially returns as an assistant wide receivers coach.

Having spent 12 seasons in the NFL with both the New York Jets and Pittsburgh Steelers prior to his time in Carolina, Cotchery has a wealth of first-hand experience. A Birmingham, Alabama native Cotchery played his collegiate football at North Carolina State University.

The former fourth-round pick will be joining new wide receivers coach Lance Taylor with a focus primarily on the slot position.
