For the Panthers, it was a tale of two drafts in 2021

Matt Rhule was entering his second NFL Draft, and Scott Fitterer was entering his first as the head honcho. Aside from the very clear pattern of buying a timeshare on Trade Down Island, we also saw the type of player who was coveted shift about halfway through the draft.
