This was a new low for the Carolina Panthers. A commanding lead heading into the fourth quarter saw the team primed for their second straight win heading into their bye week. But a complete capitulation down the stretch saw the Minnesota Vikings prevail 28-27.
It’s been the story of a frustrating season so far. The Carolina Panthers have been more than competitive – probably even more than we expected – but their lack of conviction when the game is on the line is something that’s cost them a possible playoff berth and a winning season.
