are in the hunt to regain the second seed in the NFC playoff picture while the Seattle Seahawks (+4) are just in the hunt to be in the picture at all. The Eagles can only really tread water against Seattle as their real work has to be done in pursuit of the NFC East title, which currently rests in the hands of the Dallas Cowboys (+1.5).
The Seahawks meanwhile, are still uncertain of injured quarterback Geno Smith (groin) will be leading their team or not come Monday night. They aren’t expected to beat the Eagles, regardless, but it will be tougher sledding for Pete Carroll’s team without their starting quarterback under center.
