Another day, another instance where a former player expresses his disagreement with the Carolina Panthers. Saturday, former Carolina Panthers running back DeAngelo Williams tweeted his support for Kelvin Benjamin after the latter expressed his frustration with the organization. He then continued to express his feelings Sunday.
Williams spent nine seasons with the Carolina Panthers and accrued impressive numbers while he was there. With 82 carries for 1,432 yards and 46 touchdowns, he was a focal point of the offense for many years. His best season came in the 2008 campaign. That year, he rushed the rock 273 times for 1,515 yards and 18 touchdowns.
