In what is sure to be bittersweet news for Carolina Panthers fans, Thomas Davis is reportedly set to sign a contract to play for the Los Angeles Chargers next season per Adam Schefter.

Terms of the deal are not currently known, but this is going to be a great landing spot for TD to spend the twilight years of his career. More importantly for us, it keeps a possible vengeful Davis out of the NFC South, where he would probably inflict maximum damage to us at least twice a year.
