The Carolina Panthers have only traveled outside of Charlotte for two road games this season, returning home each time with a loss. First it was divisional rival Atlanta, who until last week had only beaten the Panthers and then came the mishap in Washington.
Carolina gets another chance this week as they travel to Philadelphia and face the defending Super Bowl Champions. The Eagles proved they were on their way last year with a 28-23 win inside Bank of America Stadium, getting a late turnover and letting their defense keep Panthers quarterback Cam Newton from any late game heroics.
