The Panthers have a bit of a depth problem at wide receiver due to several guys — Omar Bayless, Seth Roberts, Keith Kirkwood and Tommylee Lewis — being on the shelf with injuries during training camp, so they are attempting to solve that issue by signing former XFL standout Cam Phillips according to a report from Alaina Getzenberg.
