A new season is almost upon us. It seems like just yesterday that the New England Patriots were crowned Super Bowl champions over the Los Angeles Rams. A new season means a new slate. For the Carolina Panthers, they could definitely use one. After going an underwhelming 7-9 last year, the team looks to perform better this upcoming season.
The Panthers have playmakers on both sides of the football and that should serve them well in the upcoming season. Perhaps the most encouraging, they have a ton of young talent. In addition to the young talent, they also have a mix of wily veterans that have been through both the pitfalls and peaks of a National Football League season numerous times.
