The Carolina Panthers have been selected as one of the coaching staffs for the 2021 Senior Bowl. Matt Rhule and his staff will be coaching against Brian Flores and his Miami Dolphins staff.
The opportunity to coach the Senior Bowl is offered to the most complete staffs (i.e. not recently hired or fired) with the worst records in the preceding season. With so much turmoil in the head coaching ranks this season, that opportunity fell all the way to the Panthers. This is seen as a fantastic opportunity for a coaching staff to get access to draft prospects on a level that is otherwise impossible.
