The Carolina Panthers made a few roster moves today by signing linebacker Brandon Bell and offensive lineman Tyler Catalina. Jonathan Celestin and Norman Price were placed on injured reserve to make room on the roster, according to a report from Jourdan Rodrigue at The Athletic.

Catalina was signed by Washington as an undrafted free agent in 2017 and spent some time on their roster before being placed on injured reserve in 2018 with a shoulder injury.
