Carolina Panthers star Christian McCaffrey is a special player. According to a former star running back, he could join elite company in no time. Former San Francisco 49ers money back Roger Craig said McCaffrey could join the 1,000 rushing yard, 1,000-receiving yard club. That is certainly high praise for McCaffrey as it speaks a lot to what others think of his skill set.
Speaking with David Newton of ESPN, Craig thinks that McCaffrey will join the club at some point in his career. I could see one of two cases happening. McCaffrey could get the bulk of touches offensively this year, especially given the production he had last year.
