Carolina Panthers place running back Jordan Scarlett on injured reserve; add offensive lineman Brad Lundblade to active roster

The Carolina Panthers announced today that they have placed rookie running back Jordan Scarlett on injured reserve. Offensive lineman Brad Lundblade has been promoted from the practice squad to take Scarlett’s spot on the 53-man roster.

Scarlett injured his leg in Week 12 against the New Orleans Saints and was previously ruled out for this Sunday’s game against Washington. He mostly played on special teams this season and only had four carries for nine yards on offense.
