The Carolina Panthers are continuing to build their coaching staff and Friday, some new additions to the staff were announced. Pat Meyer was announced as offensive line coach and Jason Simmons was announced as the defensive backs coach.
Both of these coaches have recent NFL experience. Meyer has been the offensive line coach and run game coordinator for the Chargers the past three seasons. This Carolina Panthers offensive line is going to need a lot of work. Whether it be coaching, more acquisitions, or just more time to gel with each other, the offensive line did not play well last season.
