Training camp is always a ton of fun. There are names that make their mark that usually fly under the radar. The Carolina Panthers already have a pretty good idea of who will be in the starting lineup in the 2019 season. For now, it is about depth. There are a ton of players who could fill much-needed roles for the team. Cornerback Javien Elliott is one of them.
For those who don’t know who Elliott is, he has played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for the last three season. 2018 was his breakout year. He played in 15 games, starting five of them.
