The Carolina Panthers are undergoing a significant amount of changes this offseason. After parting ways with long-time coach Ron Rivera, owner David Tepper hired former Baylor coach Matt Rhule and is in the process of putting his own stamp on the organization.
After taking over as only the second owner in franchise history during 2018, Tepper initially left many of the football operations alone but after back-to-back losing seasons, determined it was time for a change.
