Carolina Panthers: Greg Olsen comments reveal locker room changes

Carolina Panthers veteran tight end Greg Olsen has been with the team since the 2011 season. A former first-round draft pick of the Chicago Bears, Olsen was traded to the Panthers in an offseason move triggered by general manager Marty Hurney during his previous tenure. New coach, at the time, Ron Rivera and quarterback Cam Newton benefited significantly from his presence.

Olsen joined a Panthers organization on the rise and in almost a decade he’s set franchise and NFL records, won three divisional titles, had four playoff appearances and played in one Super Bowl.
