A few weeks ago, a whopping 93 percent of our FanPulse survey takers were very confident in the direction of the Carolina Panthers. That was much better than the 75 percent of ‘very confident’ fans who voted after the 2019 NFL Draft, and it appears that the only thing that it takes to slow down a team’s hype train is a mediocre preseason.
After going 2-2 in their four preseason games (and looking quite messy in their two losses) fan confidence is back down to just 63 percent among our FanPulse users. That’s a 30 percent drop after four games that don’t even count!
