The Carolina Panthers have endured a lot of injuries on their offensive line so far this season, and are using the bye week to try and find more depth at the position. To that end, Marty Hurney appears to have called up his old buddy Brandon Beane up at Carolina North (the Buffalo Bills) and worked out a trade for GT Marshall Newhouse.
Terms of the deal were not immediately disclosed, but we will update you when they are. Chances are it is another trade of the conditional late pick variety.
Newhouse has had a long NFL career spanning nine seasons and making around 70 starts across various teams.
