The Carolina Panthers have a lot on their plate heading into 2020. This is especially evident on the defensive side of the ball thanks to a wealth of changes that has left them with a new and relatively unproven unit.
Defensive coordinator Phil Snow will be tasked with bringing the group together in a short space of time. New Carolina Panthers head coach Matt Rhule handpicked the experienced figure to become part of his staff once again. And it is clear he is relishing the challenge that lies ahead.
Snow will be going back to a 4-3 base scheme with the Panthers going forward.
