Now that the Panthers have trimmed their roster down to the league mandated total of 53 players, it’s time for them to create their practice squad. Per NFL rules, the Panthers are allowed to have 10 players on the practice squad this season (11 if they keep Efe Obada as part of the NFL International Player Pathway Program).
