CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Memories and reminders of former Carolina Panthers special-teams coach Bruce DeHaven were everywhere you turned on Wednesday in and around Bank of America Stadium.
There was the quote on the team meeting room board, the one DeHaven used almost every time he finished a message to his unit: "Alright, enough of that. Time to get back to work. You’ve got a job to do."
There was the smell of the coffee. “Coach loved Peet’s coffee. Every time we would go to Seattle he would talk about Peet’s was the best," placekicker Graham Gano recalled with a smile.
