The Carolina Panthers have made wholesale changes to their roster during the offseason. This has completely transformed their roster and left it relatively devoid of any real veteran leadership.
This was to be expected when new head coach Matt Rhule arrived. He has a good reputation for rebuilding college programs and there is real hope he can do the same with the Carolina Panthers.
There appears to little expectations regarding the Panthers next season. And that could be just what this young roster needs to take the pressure off. They have the chance to develop on the job.
