Yesterday, the Carolina Panthers fell to the New England Patriots at home by a final score of 19-17. Carolina didn’t manage to put together a scoring drive until the third quarter when Graham Gano hit a 29-yarder. Jimmy Garoppolo got the starting nod for the Patriots going 9 of 15 for 57 yards. While the stats on both sides mostly match one another, some pieces of the puzzle were missing on Friday and will need to be cleaned up in preparation for the regular season opener against Denver.
Turnover Differential Kills

Carolina, under the reigns of Cam Newton, struggled on Friday, finishing the night 13 for 29 with two interceptions.
