We’re nearly a month away from the 2019 NFL Draft. The Carolina Panthers still have some gaps that need to be filled, including on the offensive line and the pass rush. The Panthers have the No. 16 overall pick in this year’s draft, so it’ll be interesting to see which issue they choose to address first.
In Dan Kadar’s latest mock draft for SB Nation, he predicts the Panthers will go with defensive end Clelin Ferrell.
16. Carolina Panthers: Clelin Ferrell, DE, Clemson
Offseason needs: Edge defender, offensive tackle, safety, guard
Ferrell isn’t the quickest or most athletic pass rusher, which is why he could land in the middle of the first round instead of the top 10.
