3 Reasons The Panthers Are GUARANTEED To Beat The Buccaneers

The Carolina Panthers are undefeated and look to improve to 4-0 with a win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It's an NFC South battle, but the Panthers should have little trouble. Here are three reasons why the Panthers are guaranteed to beat the Buccaneers this week.

Superior Defense

Even if Luke Kuechly can't play, although he probably will, the Panthers defense is vastly superior to Tampa's. The Panthers have a shut-down corner in Josh Norman and added another pass rusher in the form of Jared Allen. The Bucs offense hasn't looked great this season and it's not going to turn things around against a great Panthers defense.

Fewer Turnovers

This plays into the previous reason and the next one, but the Panthers won't turn the ball over as much as the Bucs will. Tampa Bay has committed as many turnovers as they've forced, and they haven't played a defense as good as Carolina. Jameis Winston looks like a turnover-prone rookie, which is to be expected. The Panthers will win the turnover battle and the game.

Better QB

Remember when the Panthers beat the Bucs twice last year with Derek Anderson at QB? The Bucs might have Winston now, but Cam Newton is back and he's a vastly better QB that Winston. With Newton under center, there is no way the Panthers lose this game.
