When playing at home the Carolina Hurricanes have a decided advantage. So far this season they are 17-8-1 When playing at PNC Arena. That is about a 2:1 win loss ratio. That is incredible. In fact only a single team in the NHL has more wins at home, the Pittsburgh penguins, but we will have the opportunity to sour their record in the future.
What does this all mean? It means that if you have been holding out to see if these are the same ol’ Hurricanes of the past to go to a game, it’s time to stop holding out.
