The Canes Sign Robidas to Entry Level Contract

While the Carolina Hurricanes are finishing up the close of this season, the front office is busy at work. Don Waddell and Rod Brind’Amour had their closing interviews with the media today.

The Canes have signed their 2021 fifth-round draft pick, Justin Robidas, to a three-year entry-level contract. Robidas will be receiving a $150,000 signing bonus and his NHL-level cap hit will be $750,000.

Like fellow Canes forward, Stefan Noesen, the 20 year old center is from Texas.

The Texas native as played junior hockey in the QMJHL the last three seasons, producing at a solid rate in both the regular season and the playoffs.
