Staal, McGinn speak following double overtime loss to Bruins in Game 1

The Carolina Hurricanes fell 4-3 in double overtime to the Boston Bruins in Game 1 of the first round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

After hanging in for two periods, the Hurricanes managed to find their footing and tie the game thanks to Haydn Fleury’s first career playoff goal to take the game to overtime.

However, soon after Carolina killed the remaining seconds of a questionable call at the end of the first overtime, the Bruins managed to find the back of the net to take a 1-0 series lead.
