Every so often, it's important to remind everyone that there was a time when people didn't like that the Carolina Hurricanes had fun winning hockey games. The "Bunch of Jerks" era was one of the best eras to be a Hurricanes fan, and it all started because one respected man in the hockey community publicly voiced his disdain for the Storm Surge.
