Day two of the Carolina Hurricanes training camp took place yesterday, and it was an eventful one. The guys seemed to be shaking off the rest of their off-season rust quite well. Under the tutelage of head coach Rod Brind’amour, getting back in shape shouldn’t be much of an issue.
The Carolina Hurricanes coaching staff made their first round of roster cuts shortly after the second group left the ice. The three players that were cut were; Luke Henman, Blake Murray, and Jamieson Rees. All were sent back to their respective minor league teams.
