The Carolina Hurricanes faced the St. Louis Blues on Oct. 27 at home at PNC Arena. Carolina was already without Lee Stempniak as he’s still on injured reserve. Teuvo Teravainen went down with what seemed to be an injury to his hand or shoulder.
An injury to Teravainen would come at an unfortunate time after a big performance in a 6-3 win over the Toronto Maple Leafs the game before. Teravainen registered three points and one goal in that matchup against the Leafs.
No other injuries have come from this game yet. The injury for Teravainen occurred on a collision with Alexander Steen of the Blues.
