The Carolina Hurricanes take to the ice for the third time in four days on Nov. 13, to take on the Dallas Stars at home. Carolina faced the Chicago Blackhawks on Nov. 11, resulting in a 4-3 loss in overtime. That game against the Hawks saw the Canes carry a two goal lead at a few points during the eventual loss. Chicago rallied with a Brandon Saad goal scored on Scott Darling in overtime.
However, the Canes do have a good run going with five points over the last three contests. Meanwhile, the Stars enter with a 9-7-0 record and defeated the Canes when the two teams met earlier this season.
