The Carolina Hurricanes put together a solid end-to-end performance in a 3-2 overtime win over the Florida Panthers, at PNC Arena, on Dec. 2. That snapped a two-game losing streak for the Canes, against two Metropolitan Division opponents in the New York Rangers and Columbus Blue Jackets.
On Dec. 5, the Canes battle the Vancouver Canucks, at the start of a six game road trip. This next week for Carolina is going to be huge to start going in the right direction. They face some tough opponents like the Los Angeles Kings and San Jose Sharks in the next few contests.
