Jeff Skinner is far and away the best scorer that the Carolina Hurricanes have. He had his best season during his young NHL career in 2016-17 where he scored 37 goals. Moreover, Skinner has been one of the hottest scorers in the league since March 9, along with Nikita Kucherov of the Tampa Bay Lightning. Since that day, Skinner has scored 23 goals.
The next accomplishment for Skinner in his career would be reaching the 40-goal mark. He’s off to the right start in 2017-18 with the team leading five goals he has so far. One big problem is the lack of support that he continues to get on offense.
