Carolina Hurricanes: An ode to Justin Williams and all he’s done for this team

Related Topics: Stanley Cup

It’s hard to say if the Carolina Hurricanes would have won the 2006 Stanley Cup if not for the contributions from Justin Williams. Sealing the Stanley Cup win (at what was then the RBC Center) was the main picture that most fans will remember from Williams during the run that every Canes fan will remember.

In his 19 year NHL career, Williams is one of the leading scorers in the history of the franchise, and has racked up more points with the Canes than any other team aside from the Los Angeles Kings. He’ll always be an important part of the Canes franchise for what he’s done during his illustrious run in the league.
