Andersen inches Leafs past Canes 5-4

It was another rough night for the Carolina Hurricanes, taking on the Toronto Maple Leafs at PNC Arena on Nov. 24. Frederik Andersen was big for the Leafs in net. Meanwhile, Cam Ward got frustrated by three goals in the second period. A rebound effort would have been big for the Canes after the 6-1 loss to the New York Rangers on Nov. 22. However, the Leafs converted on opportunities that the Canes did not.

Derek Ryan got the Canes on the board first to pull them within two goals of the Leafs. Jeff Skinner assisted the Ryan goal with a nice pass from behind the net.
