Calgary Flames (20-23-3, 43 pts) - Montreal Canadiens (20-16-9, 49 pts)
Don’t look now, but the Flames are making a push in the North Division as the season winds down. The Flames got a huge 4-2 victory Friday night over the Canadiens and are now six points behind the Habs for the final playoff spot in the North Division. To make this “push” worthwhile Calgary needs to win another game in this three game set if they have any hope of catching the Canadiens. A full sweep is ideal and with Calgary’s success against Montreal this season, it’s not out of the question.
