How much is too much?
In the next 13 months — just over a year as 2016 is about to begin — Toronto will be asked to pay and then pay some more, and you have to wonder, where will it all come from?
Not from the city, but from the people in it.
Santa Claus isn’t the only thing coming to town in 2016. The NBA all-star game is in February. The World Cup of Hockey in September. The Grey Cup in November. The world junior hockey championship in December and January. The NHL’s Winter Classic in January.
