Mike Smith answers Big Save Dave’s performance
On Saturday night in Anaheim, David Rittich made 21 saves for his first career shutout. Mike Smith made 26 saves on Sunday night and got the same run support that Rittich did 24 hours prior – one goal – but also played behind a team that was a bit sloppier with the puck.
“I didn’t think we had everybody start on time,” said Flames head coach Bill Peters.
