The Flames dreams of a quick three game sweep of the Jets were dashed yesterday afternoon as the Winnipeg Jets evened up the best of five series at one game a piece with a 3-2 win over the Flames. Calgary came out with some energy and started by hitting everything that moved, but it didn’t translate into a “W.”
The Flames special teams, which were truly special in Game 1 were far from it Monday afternoon. Calgary’s PP went 0/6 and looked absolutely miserable in doing so.
