Goals are pretty. Let’s face it, the highlight of the night is typically a slick goal that came from a slick pass and we post it, we “ooh” and “ahh” and life goes on. The Flames had four goals tonight that could all easily have occupied this space, but we’re throwing Jacob Markstrom some love. With the Flames nursing a 4-3 lead with under 10 seconds left and the Oilers attacking with six players on the ice, Markstrom made the biggest save/play of the game to secure a 4-3 win for the Flames.
