Jake Bean just wants to help the Calgary Hitmen win.
Despite his best efforts in his first game back with the Hitmen on Friday, he wasn’t able to help Calgary defeat the Everett Silvertips in front of 4,982 fans at the Scotiabank Saddledome.
“I’ve been in the league for a while,” said Bean, who was returned to the Hitmen earlier this week after an extended stay at training camp with the Carolina Hurricanes. “I think my impact on the team can be beyond points and stuff like that. I’m just going to be trying to help the team win in whatever way I can.
