Some minor Calgary Flames prospect news occurred on Tuesday. Forward Dmitry Zavgorodniy is returning to North America as his loan agreement with the KHL’s SKA St. Petersburg has ended.
Forwards Yakov Trenin and Dmitry Zavgorodniy are returning to North America to participate in their respective NHL training camps, while the rights to goalkeeper Mikhail Berdin have been traded to HC Sochi.

Zavgorodniy, 20, got his first taste of pro hockey with SKA during his tenure, playing six games and amassing three assists in that span.
