Chicago Blackhawks prospect Garret Ross accused of disseminating 'revenge porn'

A Chicago Blackhawks prospect has been charged with one felony count of “non-consensual dissemination of private sexual images,” TMZ reported Tuesday morning.

Or, in layman's terms, revenge porn.

Rockford Icehogs winger Garret Ross stands accused after prosecutors allege the 23-year-old shared a photo of a woman engaged in a sexual act.

The report added that officials believe Ross should have known “the image was to remain private.”

If convicted, Ross could face prison time. He was scratched from the Icehogs lineup last weekend due to the case, The Third Man reported.

Through 59 AHL games in 2015-16, Ross has seven goals and 20 points.
