It’s very cold in Calgary today and it makes me want to cry. But you know what doesn’t make me cry? Crowchild Classics. The University of Calgary Dinos and the Mount Royal University Cougars faced off for the fifth edition of the Crowchild Classic at the home of the Calgary Flames, the Saddledome.
The attendance last night was around 11,900 which isn’t too far off from the record which was just made last year.
Last year’s Crowchild Classic set a new U SPORTS (formerly known as CIS) men’s hockey attendance record with a total of 12,859 fans in attendance.
