Well, we’ve officially made it a week, Flames fans. Well, almost a week. It’ll be a week in like eight hours, but just go with me here. The Calgary Flames played their last game of the post-season last Wednesday where they were unfortunately swept by the Anaheim Ducks (boo).
But let’s not talk about the sad past. Let’s talk about something we can look forward to. Like maybe a new arena!
The Saddledome is now going to officially be the oldest arena in the NHL with the new arena being built for the Detroit Red Wings. And Flames CEO Ken King DESPERATELY wants a new arena.
