Three-star cornerback Kaleb Higgins officially committed to the California Golden Bears earlier this year, back in April. It’s been a few months since we last checked in on him and since his high school senior season in California has been postponed until at least the spring and his decision to enter Cal in the spring, we take a look at what we have on him from his time in high school.
Higgins was set to play at Folsom High School but played at Bowie High School in Austin, Texas during his junior season. He also recently just got his official offer letter:
