With the California Golden Bears moving from a 4-3 to a 3-4, linebackers are going to be a big priority for Justin Wilcox to upgrade his team’s offense. Cal doesn’t have a lot of talent at the position, and they need to get better there quickly.
So it makes a ton of sense for Cal to move at four star linebacker. Why not go to Utah, home of the physical and ferocious defender.
Salua Masina has shown early interest in the Bears. The four-star prospect from Salt Lake City (Ut.) Brighton is considered a top three prospect from the state, and the 12th best outside linebacker overall.
