California Golden Bears linebacker Raymond Davison is going to be a key member of Cal’s 2016 defense. He’s also one of our most sterling examples of a Golden Bear student-athlete on and off the field.
Ray Davison was nominated for the 2017 Allstate AFCA Good Works Team, one of the honors highlighting football players who do active work in their local communities. Davison visits local schools regularly as part of active community work performed by the Cal football team. The school list includes Bret Harte Middle School, Kaiser Elementary, La Escuelita, Lincoln Elementary, Manzanita Community, Manzanita Seed, Markham Elementary, Murphy Elementary, Parker Elementary, Stege Elementary and West Oakland Middle School.
